About Jan Wisely
Jan lives on a sheep farm at Isla Bank 15 minutes from Riverton with her husband and 4 young children. Riverton is where the family relax, surfing, boogie boarding, swimming, kayaking and plenty of digging at the beach so working here is convenient for family life as well.
Jan worked as a dietitian for 15 years locally and overseas so the move into real estate was a change in direction. The people skills transfer easily between the professions, listening to what people want respecting their privacy and their wishes are well ingrained skills. Jan's attention to detail will ensure clients and customers real estate needs are met. ”Everybody should enjoy this sea side community as much as I do”, so it's not too hard to be enthusiastic about Riverton and the surrounding district to potential clients and purchasers.
Outside of work family life is busy the mum bus doesn't get cold. Personally Jan's interests include swimming, gardening, movies, art collecting and involvement in Otautau Plunket. Jans a foodie so enjoys cooking and dining out, and enjoys cooking shows on TV (“much to my husband's horror”).
With a busy life being organised is a must have rather than a need to have...'give a job to a busy person' ...and the job gets done. No two days are the same in real estate, the challenge makes it exciting which is what Jan enjoys, the end goal being happy satisfied clients and customers
